My Areas of Expertise:
Paul Costello is a senior program manager for the GMF Cities program, based in the organization’s Berlin office. He leads the program’s City Directors of International Affairs (CDIA) Network, the Cities Managing Migration project, and is involved in several other projects that are part of the GMF Cities democracy work.
Paul has a background in public policy and prior work experience in sustainability and public diplomacy programs. He is a graduate of the Master of Public Policy program at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin and has a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Montreal.
