About this event
The German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) is delighted to invite you to a timely virtual conversation with Prime Minister of Lithuania Ingrida Šimonytė moderated by GMF President Heather A. Conley. The discussion will explore the role of NATO allies in supporting and defending Ukraine against Russian aggression throughout the next phases of the war. It will also address strengthening NATO resilience, readiness, deterrence, and defense on the alliance’s eastern flank, and look ahead to NATO’s July summit in Vilnius.
If you have any questions, please contact Parker Nash at [email protected].
The German Marshall Fund is a non-partisan policy organization committed to the idea that the United States and Europe are stronger together. Russia's war on Ukraine, China's increasing influence on global affairs, the wide-ranging impact of technological innovation, and climate change have brought the transatlantic community and the world to the brink of a new era. The Marshall Plan offers lessons and inspiration as we face these daunting challenges.
