Michel Servoz was formerly Visiting Senior Fellow at GMF.

From 2005 to 2010, he served as director in charge of policy coordination in the Secretariat of the European Commission, and from 2001 to 2005, served as head of unit in the same directorate. Prior to his service in the secretariat-general of the European Commission, he served from 1991 to 2000 in different posts in DG TRADE, dealing in particular with WTO negotiations on services, transatlantic trade negotiations, and other bilateral negotiations on services. Prior to joining the European Commission, he served as a judge in France. Mr. Servoz received a master degree in Law from Lyon University and a master degree in international studies and political science.
