Ukraine Reform Working Group
The Ukraine Reform Working Group (URWG) gathers top Ukrainian reform experts—half based in Kyiv and half based in DC, London, Brussels, or Berlin—who regularly share information and coordinate research, international events, and briefings for journalists and policymakers.

URWG meets regularly as a platform for information sharing and collaboration. Together, this network of experts plans joint activities among civil society leaders in Ukraine and key partner countries focused on supporting Ukrainian governance reforms. URWG is chaired by Josh Rudolph, senior fellow and head of GMF’s Transatlantic Democracy Working Group. URWG is sponsored by Promoting Integrity in the Public Sector (Pro-Integrity), funded by USAID and UK Dev.
