Indo-Pacific

Franziska Luettge is the senior program officer for the Indo-Pacific Program at The German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF). Based in Brussels, she represents the Indo-Pacific team in the EU capital and is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the transatlantic team, including its project and grant management, research, and internal and external communications. Franziska’s policy portfolio centers on the Indo-Pacific and the program’s India work, including the India Trilateral Forum. In her previous role within GMF Indo-Pacific, she focused on EU-China relations and managed operations for the biannual Stockholm China Forum.
