Transatlantic Relations
Eamon Drumm is a research analyst on GMF’s Risk and Strategy team. Based in Paris, he speaks and writes about the future of transatlantic relations through the lenses of climate, energy, industrial policy, subnational cooperation, and multilateral institutions.
Before joining GMF, he was a senior program officer at the Sustainable Development Solutions Network led by economist Jeffrey Sachs. While there, he published on and convened events about the UN’s sustainable development goals, international cooperation for urban development, and multilateralism. He partnered with public and private-sector stakeholders such as the City of Paris, GIZ, the OECD and Esri.
Previously, Drumm held roles in communications, development, and public affairs at UNESCO and ENGIE, a France-based international energy utility.
Drumm holds a master’s degree in public affairs from Sciences Po Paris, a master’s in land-use planning from the Université Paris-Sorbonne, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
