At COP26, in addition to advocating for its priorities as a model developing country, Georgia is also fighting to end the practice of discriminating against developing countries of Eastern Europe in some of the bodies created to implement the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement.
