Lucy Fyler is the Senior Communications Manager for GMF, based out of Washington, DC.
Lucy is responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies for the organization and elevating the profiles of GMF and its experts in the press.
Before joining GMF, Lucy worked for global public affairs firm, Portland Communications, where she advised clients across governments, international organizations, and the private sector on messaging, stakeholder engagement, strategic advocacy and communications campaigns, and the US media landscape. Previously, Lucy managed non-profit media and public affairs campaigns at No Kid Hungry and the National Immigration Forum to help pass legislation at the US state and federal level. She also spent time interning in US Congress and UK Parliament.
Lucy has a master’s degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where she studied European politics and transatlantic affairs, and holds a bachelor’s in international relations and history from Tufts University.
