Garry Poluschkin is Consultant and Country Coordinator Ukraine in the German Economic Team, a high-level government advisory project financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.

After studying Business and Economics at the University of Osnabrueck (Germany) and at the Durham University (UK) during his Bachelor programme, he completed his M.Sc. in Economics with specialization in Empirical Economics at the University of Osnabrueck (Germany).

During his studies, he gained experience at the ifo Institute, the Deutsche Bundesbank and the Institute of Economic Structures Research.
