The Brussels Binder, Bruegel, and the German Marshall Fund of the United States, through their EU funded project the Brussels Binder Beyond, have built a pan-European network of women expert databases, think tanks, and like-minded organizations to raise awareness of the issue of underrepresentation of women and diversity at large in policy debates. To mark the end of the collaboration, this event will look at the state of women’s participation in the labor market in the aftermath of the coronavirus crisis. It will explore the social and economic impact of the coronavirus crisis on women from job losses to reinforced gender roles.
