In recent weeks both Belarusian and Ukrainian leadership have taken a number of unpopular steps in their efforts to effectively deal with the coronavirus pandemic. Both leaders have been widely criticized inside the countries, but also by their European neighbors. In our discussion, we will address the implications of Lukashenka's and Zelensky's decisions for Belarusian and Ukrainian economies and foreign policy, as well as the implications for the region’s security.
Due to concerns about the coronavirus and in order to enable a wider audience to participate in this discussion, we invite you to join us via webinar. Register here to join the conversation and take part in the Q&A with the panelists.
