The German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) is pleased to invite you to a book talk with historian Stephen Wertheim who will present his new book Tomorrow, the World: The Birth of U.S. Supremacy. His book gives an overview of key foreign policy architects and their decisions that laid the foundation for the United States’ quest for global leadership 70 years ago. Wertheim will discuss the historical conditions and forces that have defined U.S. foreign policy since then and provide an outlook of whether President elect Joe Biden’s approach will continue this path.
We look forward to your virtual attendance. If you have any questions, please contact Franka Ellman at [email protected].
