Growing geopolitical competition in Eastern Europe is driving the need to build greater resilience in the region. The internal and external challenges to democracy and the rule of law, media freedom, energy security, economic growth, the resilience of civil society, and the stabilization of the region require continuous adjustment of policies. Participants will discuss how cooperation between the United States and the EU can help promote these goals and support those working in the field, and exchange views on initiatives and shared challenges.
